Dear Lori,

I just wanted to update you on how things are going with me since our last phone meeting…which by the way I love that you offer that. I am slow at doing some of the things you suggested, but I am doing them. And now I am finally seeing some good changes in my body. I think it is taking me a bit longer because I had eaten so bad for so long.
Thank you for all of your patience and support. You were kind and tough at the same time, which I really needed.
I am losing a little weight, I have more energy, I am drinking more water and still taking the supplements for Candida. I am even exercising a little bit now mostly taking walks. I am going to keep you posted as I do better and better.

Dear Lori,

For years my weight had been creeping up on a slow but regular basis.  I felt that we were eating fairly healthy.  I even went on a quite intense exercise regimen of hiking through the fields 5 - 6 days a week for 1 - 2 hours at a time while carrying a 25 pound pack.  I did this for 3 months straight but got no results.

When you gave me the colon cleanse kit, some supplements, and the nutritional program in January,  I put off starting the plan due to business.  However, I started your plan on July 30th of 2007 and within 3 - 4 months, I lost 25 pounds (15% of my body weight), and couldn't be happier.  As you know, I have included walking 3 - 4 days a week in my normal routine.  I walk anywhere from 4 - 6 miles at a time.  I'm sure that this has helped as well, but without your nutritional plan, I was getting no positive results before.

This is mid-November, and I'm still at my high school weight.  There is no sign of any weight gain other a 1 - 2 pound fluctuation from time to time.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your advice regarding my son and his recurrent ear infections.  He had frequent and recurring ear infections to the point where we had tubes inserted in his ears.  This solved the problem temporarily, however, when the tubes grew out of his ears, he almost instantly got another one.  We finally took your advice to take him off of dairy milk and he has not had one since.  Thank you!
